ABOUT BUFFALO BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHER, AMBER HOUSE

Hi Loves!!! I'm Amber and I'm a photographer that focuses on boudoir and in the warmer weather occasionally have families, kids and couples outdoors sessions. I was born in Buffalo and lived here my whole life.

Photography for me started when I was a teen. I was on my high schools yearbook committee and my passion for it has grown ever since. My focus started with newborns when I had my daughter. As she grew older she developed classic photographer child syndrome (not wanting her picture taken anymore) so I branched out to family and friends.

I started shooting boudoir as a casual interest that just seemed kind of fun. What I found after my first session was that I loved bringing out the inner confidence of women. I focus on boudoir photography because I want to uplift, encourage and empower women to embrace and love themselves right now, in this moment no matter their age, size, or whatever else may be holding them back. I want them to celebrate their own version of what it means to be beautiful and sexy. When I start planning a boudoir session with someone it makes me so happy to help pull out their creative ideas. Planning styles, hair and makeup looks, outfits. It's amazing being a part of creating a vision wrapped up with boosting someones confidence and self love.
