Stretch for the goal

By now you've probably looked at a few (or a ton) of boudoir pictures online to get an idea of what your session will be like. All over Pinterest and Google there's women that are bending in seemingly impossible positions right? You're probably thinking to yourself "That looks great, but I'll never be able to do that"
WRONG
This is where stretching before your session comes in. We won't be able to turn you into a Cirque du Soleil contortionist, but these stretches, done a few days before your shoot (and even a few days after) to loosen up your muscles are a great way to get you into bending shape.
Boudoir photography sessions are a WORKOUT so it's best to prepare as much as you can. Starting 3 days before your shoot date go through these stretches for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night everyday. If you can’t do the stretches all the way, no worries, just do the best you can. It really makes a big difference.
